Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-10-23. OddsHype is operated by HYPERSMARTY LLC (Illinois).

What we collect: your email and password (stored only as a one-way hash); the state you select (and an approximate location from your IP address) so we only show options legal where you are; your 21+ confirmation and consent records with a timestamp; the sportsbooks you choose and your alert filters; your Telegram chat ID if you connect Telegram; a push-notification address for each device you enable alerts on; bets you choose to log; payment status from our payment processor (we never see or store card numbers); basic usage and device data.

What we don't collect: biometric data (no face or fingerprint data), sportsbook passwords, or government ID.

How we use it: to run the service and send the alerts you turn on (Telegram, app/browser push, email), show location-appropriate options, prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, keep compliance records, and send account emails.

Sharing: only with providers that run the service for us (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, Telegram for messages you asked for), when required by law, or in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Public results ledger: the results pages show alert details (game, bet, price, time, result) — never who received them.

Retention: account data while your account is active and up to 3 years after; consent and billing records as long as the law requires.

Security and breaches: encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and least-privilege keys. If a breach affects your personal information we notify you as required by the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (815 ILCS 530) and other applicable laws.

Your choices: turn any alert channel off in your account; unsubscribe from any email with one click; ask us to access, correct or delete your data at customerservice@oddshype.com. Residents of states with privacy laws (for example California) have the rights those laws give them.

Age: OddsHype is for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.
