Handicapper Agreement

Effective 2026-10-23. Between you and HYPERSMARTY LLC ("OddsHype", "we"). It adds to the Terms of Service, which also apply.

1. Who can open a channel

You must be 21 or older, have an account in good standing, and follow the law where you live. One channel per person. You may not open a channel if you are self-excluded or barred from sports betting anywhere, or if you work for a sportsbook in a role that bars you from publishing betting picks.

2. Your record is the ledger

• Picks can only be posted from the live board, before kickoff, at a price that is on offer at a licensed sportsbook at that moment.
• Each pick is locked into a hash-chained ledger and cannot be edited, deleted or back-dated. Results and closing line value are graded automatically from final scores.
• You may not claim results that are not on your OddsHype record, or present an edited or partial record as complete.

3. What you may not say or do

• No guarantees. Don't say a pick is a "lock", "guaranteed", "risk-free", "can't lose" or similar. Picks are opinions.
• No promoting unlicensed or offshore sportsbooks, or betting anywhere it isn't legal.
• No selling picks, chats or "VIP" access outside OddsHype to people you met here, and no collecting payment by Cash App, Venmo, crypto or similar. (That's how scams work, and it gets channels closed.)
• No targeting minors, people who have self-excluded, or anyone in distress. No pressure tactics ("last chance", "chase your losses", "bet the house").
• No harassment, hate speech, spam, doxxing, or impersonation. No sharing other people's paid picks.
• No market manipulation, match fixing, or using inside information that it would be illegal to bet on.

4. Premium channels (when launched)

• You set weekly and/or monthly prices. Payments are processed by our payment partner; you receive 80% of net subscription revenue, paid monthly once your balance clears the payout minimum. We keep 20% plus payment fees.
• You are an independent creator, not our employee or agent. You are responsible for your own taxes; we may need tax forms (e.g. W-9 / 1099) before paying you.
• Subscribers can cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the period they paid for. Refunds follow the Terms of Service.

5. Content license

You keep ownership of your notes and bio. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute and promote your picks, record and profile on OddsHype and its channels (site, app, Telegram, Discord, email, social).

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, mute chats, hide premium status, withhold payouts tied to a violation, suspend or close a channel for breaking this agreement or the law. Your public record stays on the ledger even if your channel is closed.

7. Disclaimers

OddsHype is an information service, not a sportsbook, and does not endorse any handicapper. Past results do not predict future results. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited as described in the Terms of Service.

8. Changes

We may update this agreement; we'll notify you before material changes take effect. Continuing to post after that means you accept the update.
